Background:  After graduating with a degree in Human Biology, James pursued a career in recruitment at CPA. During his time at CPA, James has also successfully completed a Masters degree in Employment Law and Human Resources Management. James enjoys working on the more challenging niche positions within the Foods and Drink industry. This typically falls within the sphere of Quality, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs.  

Favourite Food: Pretty much anything that you can put on a Barbecue!

Fun Fact: Fortunate enough to play against my sporting hero, Jonny Wilkinson.

Background: After graduating with a degree in Manufacturing Management and working for a short time in Quality Management in Food Manufacturing James joined CPA as he loved the diversity of meeting clients and candidates. 

Favourite Food: Rack of Lamb.

Fun Fact: I love golf and am lucky enough to live in Woburn and play golf there.

Expertise: Senior-level operations & QA recruitment.

Background: Luke started the CPA North America division in 2012 after working for the UK operation between 2000-2005, which followed on from gaining his BSc in Chemistry from Kings College London. In between, Luke headed up the finance & accounting division for a leading recruitment company in downtown Toronto. Luke has a strong belief in giving the highest levels of service to both clients & candidates alike, for the simple reason that we are dealing with peoples careers, and that should be respected & remembered at all times.

Favourite Food: Chicken Jalfrezi.

Fun Fact: He just ran his first marathon.

Background: Jaimie joined CPA as a Senior Executive Recruiter in 2014, after 10+ years’ experience in Operational Management, Talent Acquisition and Sales. Jaimie holds a diploma in law where research studies included legal drafting, verifying citations, and communicating with counsel. During her tenure with CPA, Jaimie has proven successful in building relationships both with her clients and candidates alike within Canada’s top leading food companies.

Fun Fact: Jaimie assists in a dog rescue organization.

Background: Liane completed a degree in Food and Consumer Management before embarking on a career in recruitment.

Background: After completing a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Lesa embarked on a career in hospitality recruitment before progressing to the Food Industry. 22 years on and she still enjoys the challenge!

Background: Lisa completed a degree in Food and Consumer Studies before embarking on a career in recruitment and events management.

Fun Fact: Lisa was invited to one of the queen’s garden parties at Buckingham Palace, while she was still a student.

Expertise: Responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring that the two UK offices run smoothly. This involves managing the CRM system, invoicing and credit control. 

Background: Laura left school at 16 and started work as an Office Junior, she then worked in a call centre before joining CPA as an Administrator in 2000.

Favourite Food: Lasagne.

Fun Fact: Laura is our second longest serving employee.

Expertise: Supply Chain and Logistics positions; including Management, Planning, Co-ordinators etc

Background: Started in recruitment 6 ½ years ago in Permanent Recruitment, specialising in Office Executives – have managed successful teams for four companies in this time achieving fantastic commercial results.  Qualified with Certificate in Recruitment Practice through the REC in 2016.

Favourite Food: Anything hot and spicy!!  

Fun Fact: Youngest of 7 Children and have 19 nieces and nephews

Background: Jacqueline has over ten years of experience in sales and has worked within the food and beverage industry. Jacqueline has worked in a number of disciplines, including Operations, Account Management and Sales. Today she focuses on business development in the food and beverage sector, as well as recruiting for positions primarily in Operations and Sales.

Favourite Food: Pizza and Sushi.

Fun Fact: Jacqueline walked down the aisle to November Rain by Guns N Roses.

Background: Marc joined CPA Recruitment in 2018 with over 10 years of experience in Recruitment. He completed his diploma in HR in 2013 and he graduated with Honors. Before getting into recruitment, he owned his own business.
